BGRS approached Earnezt for a companywide rebrand. This included everything: strategy, tone of voice, visual brand, and campaign material.
Earnezt created a new strapline that is all about serving clients and customers fluently; creating positive, personalized experiences through a true understanding of their needs. This is reflected in BGRS's empathetic, customer-centric communications and their confident use of language. The two part phrase encapsulates everything the brand promises to deliver to clients and customers, as well as creates a point of difference from competitors.
We created a manifesto as well as a style guide for the brand, which included examples of the brand voice.
To show BRGR's multi-dimensional expertise and how they apply it to the many facets of an individual or business, we developed the "fluency grid." Every
client and customer is unique and so too is our grid. We give each a
tailor-made solution.
