To celebrate and thank clients I created a special gift box of twelve spices. Taking a number as a starting point, I designed a pattern for each package that echoes the smell and origin of the spice. The inside lids of the boxes contain a legend and a brief history of each spice.
We had so much fun with the project, we designed and produced two different versions: one with corked glass tubes filled with spices and another with a set of three printed fabric pouches.
This spice collection became a tabletop item in the kitchen and something that reminded clients—at the happiest moment of their day: cooking—about the value of design.
